StepDeck, Inc. ("StepDeck", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered CRM for auto transport brokers. This policy explains what personal information we collect through stepdeck.com and the StepDeck platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using StepDeck you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information — name, company, email, phone number and billing details you provide when signing up or requesting a demo. Customer data — leads, contacts, messages, call recordings and documents your team stores in the CRM; you control this data and we process it on your behalf. Usage data — log data, device information and cookies that help us keep the service secure and improve it.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the platform, power AI features such as quoting and follow-ups, process payments, provide support, send service communications and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your customer data to train models for other customers.

3. SMS and calling

Messaging through StepDeck complies with TCPA, TCR, A2P and 10DLC requirements. If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive SMS from StepDeck; reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is never shared with or sold to third parties.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, telephony, payments, analytics) under contractual confidentiality obligations; with integrations you enable, such as Super Dispatch or Central Dispatch; and when required by law. We never share your pipeline or lead data with other brokerages.

5. Security

Data is protected with enterprise-grade encryption in transit and at rest, secure cloud infrastructure, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls and regular security audits.

6. Retention

We keep account information while your subscription is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. Customer data in the CRM is retained under your control and deleted or exported at your request when you leave the platform.

7. Your rights and data deletion

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information at any time. To request deletion of your user data, email info@stepdeck.com from the address associated with your account and we will process the request within 30 days.
