Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StepDeck platform and website operated by StepDeck, Inc. ("StepDeck", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your company.

1. The service

StepDeck is a CRM for auto transport brokers with AI features including quoting, follow-ups, voice agents and load-board posting. AI outputs are suggestions to support your business decisions — you remain responsible for prices you quote, contracts you sign and carriers you dispatch. StepDeck does not sell, generate or offer leads.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and be authorized to act for your company. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team's compliance with these Terms.

3. Subscription and billing

Plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful communications, spam, or messaging that violates TCPA, TCR, A2P or 10DLC rules; no attempts to breach security, reverse-engineer the platform, resell access, or use the service to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

5. Your data

You own the data you store in StepDeck. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time and request deletion when you leave.

6. Third-party integrations

Integrations such as Super Dispatch, Central Dispatch, telephony and payment providers are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, though we will help you troubleshoot issues that arise through our platform.

7. Intellectual property

StepDeck and its software, design and branding are our property. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription — nothing more.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost loads.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 30 days after notice. Upon termination we will make your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it.

10. Changes and contact
